Our after-sales service begins the moment you complete your purchase of a Merino Protect product. Register your Merino Protect product to immediately enjoy a one-year warranty promise. For specific terms, please refer to our warranty policy below.
*Extend your warranty. The warranty period is extended from the current 90 days to one year, and all of the below warranty criteria apply. Moreover, after registering your product, we’re also offering you a 15% OFF coupon for your next purchase!
A. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, MerinoProtect will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Please note that all free promotional items, including gift socks, and the free Merino shoes and free Merino vest received from the buy-two-get-one offer, are not covered under warranty.
B. Warranty Period
The warranty period for MerinoProtect products purchased from our independent store is 3 months/90 days from the date of purchase. Any replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 3 months/90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
C. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any problem caused by: Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, or other external causes.
Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center of MerinoProtect.
D. Claim Process
If you need to claim our warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please be prepared to provide: Your proof of purchase.
A detailed description of the problem.
Any relevant photos or videos that may help diagnose the issue.
E. Limitations
MerinoProtect is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or from breaching this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
