Mystery Box Policy
1. To keep the price low, Mystery Box items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty unless there’s a confirmed product defect.
2. We pack each box at random, which means we can’t take requests for colors.
3. Mystery Box items are excluded from all promotions and discounts.
4. Mystery Box items are not covered by our standard product warranty.
5. Stock is limited and restocks are not scheduled.
