Sorry, if what you really want is old out. You can contact our official customer service to check whether there is the latest inventory update. However, generally out-of-stock products are out of stock.
Please be assured that during the checkout step, if you use the default information to place an order directly, both addresses will be displayed on your order page. If you need to change but do not want to do it yourself, you can make a note when placing the order. We ship to the shipping address by default.
Absolutely, so long as we haven't shipped it yet, prior to shipping we can make any required changes to addresses or the items very simply and quickly.
Once we have shipped it is not possible to change the order and instead you would need to go through the returns / exchange process. If you need to change your order do contact us as soon as you can.
We are very sorry, due to policy regulations, our discount codes and welfare activities cannot be enjoyed at the same time. That is, coupons cannot be used in combination. If you encounter problems, we will be happy to help you solve them. Please register and contact us.

Assuming everything goes as it should, your order will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For returns that are not due to product defects or errors on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if an exchange is necessary, Merino Protect will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
Once we receive the returned item(s) it’ll take us a few days to inspect and process your return, at which point we’ll email you to confirm. It shouldn’t take more than 3-5 business days.
Wool Care
To keep your merino wool garments in the best condition, we recommend hand washing or using a delicate cycle with cold water. Always use a mild detergent designed for wool and avoid fabric softeners. Lay flat to dry to maintain the shape of the garment. For more details, visit our Care Page.
