Return and Exchange Policy

At Merino Protect, we're committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes the items you receive might not fully meet your expectations, or you might need a different size or color. To ensure a satisfying shopping experience, we've tailored the following return and exchange policy for our customers in various situations.

A. Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery of your item to initiate a return request.

 

B. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

For items that are unused but have original factory defects, such as holes or other quality issues, you must keep the original packaging and all accessories intact for the return, following the original packaging standards. If your package includes a gift card, it must also be returned. Please contact us for confirmation before returning the item.

If the item has been used, then personalized items or intimate products (such as underwear and socks) are not eligible for returns. However, if it's within six months of purchase, please contact us, and we will replace the item free of charge under our warranty policy. Click to view our warranty policy.

 

C. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our official after-sales email at support@merinoprotect.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange in your email.


D. Return Confirmation and Instructions

After submitting your request, we'll respond within 48 hours with an email confirming your return and providing detailed instructions, including the return address and how to package your item.

 

E. Refunds and Returns

Once we receive and verify your returned item, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours (excluding holidays).
