I bought 2 shirts, a gray and a black one size M. I am 5.11 tall and weigh about 165 pounds. I found the medium size to be too tight, so I exchanged them for Large. The Large is perfect for me.I love these shirts.

this is a nice rash shirt. light and comfortable. my only issue is that it does not hang down the torso as far as the bamboo shirts I have. not a deal breaker just a preference
