I love their V-neck T-shirts! I bought several of them on Amazon from Marino Protect. Two of the colors, the black and the heather pink, Amazon was having trouble delivering to me for some reason. Tried twice.
But I was determined! So I went directly to Marino Protect’s website and ordered them there.
I have several of these and I love all the colors.
Super lightweight, a wonderfully feminine formed fit without being tight, the extra small fits me perfectly and that is my size.
The V-neck is not too high or too low, but just right. The sleeves aren’t too short or too long but just right. It’s not a boxy shirt, it has a feminine shape, and a good length, about to my hip bones.
Two things: the heather pink is a raspberry pink, not a strawberry pink. I didn’t expect that, but I still like it!
And the pink is the only one I have that is a bit see-through. So I have to think about what pants or shorts I’d be wearing with it, because you would be able to see its waistband.
I’ve recently learned about all the benefits of wearing Merino. I live in Florida, where it’s hot for a good part of the year, and merino wicks sweat and doesn’t grow bacteria, so doesn’t absorb body odors. So far, that’s been true for me!
Plus, I love the idea of traveling with these wear-again shirts, because otherwise I have a tendency to way overpack.
So ordered from a few different Marino companies. But most of those shirts I sent back because they fit terribly.
This company has the right price, and the perfect cut for me. And colors! Not drab, but actual colors! Highly recommend them!
The only reason for the four stars, is because the pink is a little see-through.
But I think I’m up to five different colors from them now, if not 6. And all of the other colors are great.
I’m still keeping the pink, I do like it.
As far as longevity and wear and tear, that remains to be seen, as this was my first order. But I plan to either wash by hand with a mild soap, or put in the washing machine on the delicate setting, and in a netted bag. And I plan to dry flat, not put in the dryer. I read that it’s a great idea to carefully roll them up in a towel to squeeze out the water, but not twist. All of that’s a bit more labor-intensive than I typically care for, but I think it will be worth it.
Thanks Merino Protect!
Love these shirts / bought two. Nice fit, hangs just right and doesn't pick up odor
Great shirt! It’s super soft and comfy. I weigh 165 and I ordered an xl but probably should have ordered a L.
Fit is true to size. Shirt is thin but not sheer, very comfortable.
Lightweight. Wore on a day that was 102 degrees and did not feel warm, did not retain any odor. Washes easy and dries quickly.
